Theresa Jordan is Director of the Children’s Investment Fund, a state-wide technical assistance, finance, and training organization serving early care and education and out-of-school time programs in Massachusetts focused on facility improvement and expansion projects. She carries three decades of experience in the field of non-profit development, with fifteen years underwriting and providing technical assistance to community-based housing developers at CIF’s sister agency CEDAC.
